Seller requirements
The seller must be the legal owner of the vehicle or hold valid power or authorization to sell it. The seller must provide the documentation needed to transfer the vehicle and truthful information about its condition.
Offers and inspection
Quotes provided online or by phone are preliminary. The final offer is confirmed after a visual and technical inspection. The company may modify or cancel an offer when the vehicle's actual condition does not match the information provided.
Free towing
The vehicle must be accessible to the loading unit. Free towing applies only when the sale is completed. If pickup is canceled for reasons attributable to the seller, the company may decline to reschedule the towing at no charge.
Payment
Payment is made when the vehicle is handed over and the transfer is signed. Payment may be made by cash, transfer or check. Payment is not delivered until the legitimacy of the documentation has been verified.
Vehicle handover
The seller should remove personal belongings, toll tags and license plates when appropriate. The company is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.
Jurisdiction
